How I started transforming anxiety into action

I grew up as so many men do learning to push my emotions down, keep everything to myself and compete with everyone around me.

I felt anxious all the time and it resulted in:

  • Doubting myself.

  • Getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

  • Feeling locked down from living my life fully.

But I learned how to transform anxiety into action.
