If your feeling off, pause for a moment and be present with the experience.
When your feeling off, its a signal from anxiety that something is wrong:
You’re giving part of yourself away.
Your abandoning yourself to fit in.
Your playing small to make everyone else happy.
Your feeling hollow because your prioritizing other people over yourself.
None of that works and it increases the feeling of anxiety, because you know on some level that something isn’t right.
Anxiety is call to come back to yourself.
You can numb yourself, putting yourself into a small box that doesn’t feel right and ignore that call.
OR you can come back to yourself and start choosing yourself and your life on your terms.
